All I want: Brezn!!!

I have to admit:  I miss to eat bavarian food. Not necessarily in the beginning, but after five weeks of other meals, there is especially one thing I really miss: Brezn.

After preparing the dough, I form the shape of a Brezn.

Yesterday we had our 11 years anniversary and I knew, I wanted to prepare something special for that day. I googled a lot of recipes and hoped, that I will find one, that comes close to the Brezn, I know from home.



Before baking them in the oven, I place them into the boiling water for 30 seconds.


For my first try, I think it turned out very well and on top, it has a taste, that reminds me home.
